The San Marcos-based band formed in the summer of 2000, with a blend of funk, blues and rock. The current lineup played its first show together in January of 2004. The band has played all around Texas, including San Marcos, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Fort Worth and many places in between. The band was featured at the Coyote Ugly SXSW 2005, Capital Drafthouse SXSW 2004, Treasure Island SXSW 2003, Fox 7 (Austin) Morning Show 2003 and 2004 and was a showcase act at Texas State University Rec Jam 2003. In 2004, they released an independent EP which quickly sold out and the band received label interest.
